Develop Software Applications with Java

Job Overview

This position involves developing, testing, and implementing software components for business products based on project plans to ensure high-quality delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work within an Agile Scrum framework as part of a collaborative team.
  • Create, test, and deploy software components.
  • Analyse and define functional and non-functional requirements to prepare technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project requirements.
  • Contribute to testing and troubleshooting the overall solution.
  • Foster SDLC standards and suggest improvements.
  • Support the project lead in delivering developments on schedule.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Java, Spring, Maven, Oracle PLSQL, Unix, and Weblogic.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT application development.
  • Experience working within Agile values and competent knowledge of Scrum ceremonies.
  • Strong understanding of database structures and concepts.
  • Able to analyse, prepare, execute, and test coding changes.
