We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered General Nurse to join our community healthcare team in Limerick. As a skilled nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Expert Wound Care and Management: Provide comprehensive wound care and management services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education on wound care techniques.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver seamless patient care.
- Care Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
