About the Role:The QA Specialist plays a crucial part in ensuring the quality of products at our client site in Tipperary.
Main Responsibilities:- Documentation Review: Verify production and analytical documentation to ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Investigations and Compliance: Conduct and review complaints and deviation investigations, change controls, and CAPAs.
- SOP Development: Create and maintain assigned Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Data Analysis: Analyze data for reports and presentations, providing interpretation and conclusions.
- Audits and Compliance: Perform audits to ensure adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and applicable regulations.
- Product Recall Support: Assist with product recalls and stock recoveries as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with functional areas, collaborating to resolve audit and review comments and issues.
- Compliance Improvement: Identify compliance gaps and recommend improvements.
- Training and Induction: Assist with new starter inductions and staff training.
- A degree in a Science or Engineering discipline plus industrial experience, or significant industrial experience.
