Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM professional to join our project team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality 3D and 2D coordination services on a variety of projects. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring successful project outcomes, and we're looking for someone who can make a real impact.

About the Role

Reporting to the BIM Lead, the successful candidate will work closely with project engineers and management staff to deliver all 3D and 2D co-ordination milestones on each project. You will also assist with other smaller projects, produce tender information, and provide support to the project team as needed.

Main Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Coordinating 3D and 2D elements, including design and installation drawings

• Working within a designated project environment as part of a project team

• Providing support to the project team on various tasks and projects

• Assisting the BIM Lead with production of 2D co-ordination and installation drawings

• Coordinating and clash detecting submitted files

• Attending weekly co-ordination meetings when requested

• Supporting all parties working within the BIM process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of 3D co-ordination and experience working with BIM software. A strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are also essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture

• 3+ years' experience in a BIM-related field

• Strong knowledge of BIM software, including Revit and Fabrication CAD

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
