Breakfast Server

The Ardilaun Hotel is seeking a reliable Breakfast Server to join their team on morning shifts, Monday to Friday. This role offers a variety of benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast and seat them promptly.
  • Ensure the breakfast area remains clean and tidy at all times.
  • Assist guests with special dietary needs or requests.
  • Set tables, place cutlery, napkins, and prepare the breakfast buffet for guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set properly and all guests are seated comfortably.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, needs, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of breakfast items, promotions, and events, effectively communicating this information to guests.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Server or similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Fluency in written and oral English.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
