Job Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced Retail Sales Professionals for both Full Time and Part Time positions in a dynamic retail environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling to and assisting potential customers, as well as dealing with customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling products to customers
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Maintaining store standards by merchandising, pricing, and displaying stock to maximize sales
  • Displaying product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new products
  • Working collaboratively with the Store Manager on all duties within the store
  • Managing point of sale processes, including cash and card transactions

Requirements:

  • Retail/Customer Service experience is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A keen focus on customer satisfaction
  • The ability to learn and keep up-to-date with products
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to work any days in a seven-day period
