This role is focused on implementing responsible sourcing practices within the organization.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier onsite audits, collaborating with the Quality Department.
- Evaluating new suppliers as a member of the supplier evaluation team.
- Developing and implementing a supplier rating system based on departmental KPIs.
- Leading the organization's responsible sourcing program and managing annual Ecovadis submissions.
- Maintaining up-to-date supply chain policies and procedures.
- Representing the Supply Chain team for customer and standards certification standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 450001) and a strong understanding of sustainability principles.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the supplier onsite audit programme, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Evaluate new suppliers to assess their suitability for partnership.
- Formulate a supplier rating system to measure performance.
- Manage the annual Ecovadis submission to demonstrate organizational commitment to sustainability.
- Ensure all supply chain policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with industry standards.
- A third-level degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Quality.
- Proven experience in auditing (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 450001).
- Excellent time management, task prioritization, project management, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- A keen eye for detail and strong ability to multitask.
