HR Generalist Position

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief of People.
  • Manage key HR initiatives and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HR legislation and policies.
  • Implement and maintain HR systems and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Officer.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Workday)/payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be based in Newry with occasional travel to the UK and internationally as required.
