HR Generalist PositionWe are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a HR Generalist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief of People.
- Manage key HR initiatives and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR legislation and policies.
- Implement and maintain HR systems and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Officer.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in HRIS (Workday)/payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be based in Newry with occasional travel to the UK and internationally as required.
