We are seeking a Warehouse Expert to join our operations team.

About the Role:

This position supports the Warehouse Team with day-to-day activities, focusing on materials sampling, movement and shipment. The successful candidate will prioritize safety, quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, personal development, and delivering exceptional service in support of drug substance manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sampling - Execute goods receipting and sampling activities using ANSI method.
  • Picking and Kitting - Perform picking and kitting activities for manufacturing material requests.
  • Cycle Counting - Conduct cycle counting activities to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Shipping and Logistics - Execute outbound shipping and logistics activities, including dangerous goods.
  • Packout - Support the packout of drug substance.
  • eLogs - Document material offload checks and sampling activities on eLogs.
  • ERP System - Utilize COMET (SAP) as a key user.
  • Laboratory Management - Utilize GLIMS as a key user.
  • Continuous Improvement - Support an environment of continuous improvement by participating in innovative activities and driving ideas to improve the value stream.
  • Quality Events - Support Quality Event Investigations by providing Subject Matter Expert knowledge.
  • Training - Act as a Qualified Trainer for Warehouse activities.
  • Safety and GMP Compliance - Maintain/Support high standards of Safety/GMP compliance.
  • Performance Improvement - Actively seek out performance improvement opportunities through cross-functional training & experience.
  • Standard Operating Procedures - Own Standard Operating Procedures for an operational area in the Warehouse and modify training packages where required.
  • Operational Area Specialization - Specialise in one operational area in the Warehouse: Cell Bank Management; Cold Chain Logistics; Material Management; ERP System Superuser.
  • Audits and GEMBAs - Participate in Audits and GEMBAs as an SME and support shopfloor problem-solving.
  • Material Availability Boards - Participate in the Material Availability Tier 0 Board and the Material Availability Tier 1 Board.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Good Manufacturing Production (GMP)-regulated environment.
  • Forklift license is desirable.
  • Education Level 6 minimum.
  • Experience using ERP systems at a manufacturing site.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs.
