Product Validation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Product Validation Specialist to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hands-on electronics testing and a passion for product quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end validation of electronic and IoT-based products, including RF modules, gateways, apps, and cloud systems
  • Assemble prototypes and carry out key tests including ESD, surge, and transient testing
  • Collaborate with design teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Create and execute test plans, document test results, and generate clear technical reports
  • Support internal QA processes and contribute to technical documentation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' hands-on experience validating electronic products (hardware/software), ideally in IoT, safety-critical or consumer electronics
  • Strong understanding of electronics principles with the ability to read and interpret schematics
  • Proficient in the use of electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, etc.)
  • Skilled in soldering and rework, including surface-mount components
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and task management skills
  • Qualification in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
