Job Title

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our Equity Plan Management Team. This role requires strong leadership, coaching and development skills, as well as the ability to provide guidance and direction to team members.

Responsibilities
  • Lead an Equity Plan Management team, focusing on customer satisfaction and task deliverables.
  • Develop strategies for the team to achieve its goals.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training as needed.
  • Communicate clear instructions to team members.
  • Gather feedback and address concerns from team members.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery through regular performance monitoring.
  • Manage a portfolio of companies operating employee share plans within a team framework.
  • Oversee daily operations, including events and recurring tasks.
  • Interact with clients regarding operational transactions related to their share plan programs.
  • Process transactions efficiently, including data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting and problem-solving.
  • Liaise with client implementation teams and onboard new clients to our Global Shares software system.
  • Organize and maintain procedural documentation for client companies' programs.
  • Monitor and report on key information for each client's revenue and profitability.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by exceeding survey standards.
  • Collaborate with other business areas and assume responsibility for user acceptance testing and regression testing.
  • Identify innovative solutions and contribute to software enhancements.
  • Liaise with IT Support regarding escalations related to processing and software execution problems.
  • Provide regular reporting on team work.
  • Support internal projects and collaborate with other teams as required.
