The Role

As a key member of the team, you will gain expertise in general corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate and development finance, and investment grade lending. You will work closely with senior lawyers to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years PQE in banking and financial services law.
  • Drafting experience of transactional banking, acquisition finance, and real estate finance facility and security documentation, including familiarity with LMA templates.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Practical and commercial understanding of clients' needs.
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills, along with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Team player with high initiative and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents related to corporate lending, acquisition finance, and real estate finance. You will also provide expert advice to clients on banking and financial services law.
