Job Title: Waiting Staff

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our team, supporting high-end event venues and renowned hotels in Cork. Our ideal candidate is driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service in a hotel, restaurant, or events setting
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain composure under pressure
  • Fulfill multiple tables efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality
  • Take initiative to promote menu items and drinks, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Develop strong relationships with regular guests and loyalty program members, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in bar and/or table service in a hotel, restaurant, or events setting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless interactions with colleagues, guests, and external partners
  • A strong work ethic and professional appearance, embodying the company's values and reputation
  • Cocktail or barista skills are a valuable asset but not essential for this role
