Regulatory Compliance Expert Role

As a key member of our Regulatory team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing regulatory compliance initiatives across various assets.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage appointed MLROs for funds and SPVs;
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for business inquiries and manage related communications;
  • Support with day-to-day responsibilities, including investor and investment KYC oversight;
  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual reports by liaising with internal and external teams providing KYC and transfer agency services;
  • Assist the Head of Regulatory Services in ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients;
  • Directly interact with clients and/or their delegates to address queries and concerns;
  • Review and present findings to Boards of Funds;
  • Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports and compliance documentation;
  • Collaborate on new business proposals and act as Product Lead;
  • Maintain training materials and template documentation.

Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in regulatory law or compliance;
  • Possess at least 5 years' experience in compliance or a strong MLRO background (preferably in European regulatory domiciles – Luxembourg and Ireland);
  • Demonstrate high interest in regulatory and compliance topics;
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills;
  • Be fluent in English; any additional language is considered an advantage;
  • Display a collaborative mindset and ability to think creatively;
  • Emphasize results-oriented approach;
  • Balances autonomy with attention to detail.
