  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Work effectively with other bakery team members.
Requirements:
  • Expert Skills: Proven expertise in lamination and sourdough baking.
  • Professional Experience: 2+ years' experience in professional baking.
  • Technical Understanding: Good understanding of fermentation, dough handling, and pastry techniques.
  • Portfolio: Provide a portfolio of your work.
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
