Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the delivery of tenant engagement strategy and drive initiatives that promote tenant wellbeing and community integration.
  • Develop activities and programs with tenant and colleague input, ensuring flexibility to attend meetings outside regular working hours.


Tenant Engagement Initiatives:

  • Develop innovative methods for engaging with tenants and facilitating feedback opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, Fold staff, partners, and stakeholders to promote community-based collaboration.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of tenant engagement initiatives and recommend improvements.


Key Qualifications:

  • Relevant third-level qualification in Community Development or Housing Studies.
  • Proven experience working in social housing, customer-oriented fields, or community development roles.
