System Administrator for Industrial Data Solutions

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, configure, and support industrial data infrastructure projects using PI System solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, software development, and data analysis. Proficiency in PI AF, PI Vision, PI Interfaces, and PI Data Archive is essential.

The successful applicant will work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain industrial data systems that power insights and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and implement AVEVA PI System components (PI Server, AF, Vision, Interfaces)
  • Integrate PI System with SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and other OT/IT systems
  • Develop PI AF models and analytics to support business needs
  • Build and deploy PI Vision dashboards for operations and management
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting of PI infrastructure
  • Ensure data governance, security, and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
  • Provide training and documentation for users and support staff
  • Support project planning, testing, and commissioning of PI-related solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience with AVEVA/OSIsoft PI System administration and development
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, VBScript) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AVEVA PI System certifications
  • Experience with analytics platforms or data historians
