Your Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented security analyst to join our Identity Access Management team. This role supports the day-to-day security operations of SAP and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve help desk tickets related to user access, password resets, and authorization issues in SAP and JD Edwards E1.
- Maintain and update user roles, profiles, and authorizations, ensuring proper segregation of duties (SoD) and least privilege access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access issues, including role conflicts and system errors.
- Collaborate with business units to define and implement access roles and permissions.
- Maintain security parameters and system settings to ensure compliance.
- Assist in developing and maintaining role-based access control (RBAC) documentation.
- Support role clean-up and optimization efforts.
- Monitor logs and alerts for suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
- Escalate security incidents appropriately.
- Participate in root cause analysis and remediation of access incidents.
- Assist with internal controls, access reviews, and audit trail validation.
- Prepare documentation for audits including SOX, SOC, GDPR compliance.
- Ensure activities are logged, tracked, and auditable.
