Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Specialist

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions across various industries.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage strong analytical skills to gather business requirements from clients and transform them into actionable functional specifications.
- Analyse existing business processes and design efficient workflows utilizing Dynamics 365 Business Central's finance, operations, and supply chain modules.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and user training materials to ensure successful solution adoption.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Business Central engagements with clients, providing expert guidance and support.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including scoping and proposal development, to drive new business opportunities.
- Identify areas for process improvement, innovation, and growth within the service line.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) in a functional capacity.
- Proven track record of delivering full lifecycle Business Central implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of core modules, including Finance, Inventory, Projects, and Manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Able to work autonomously and take initiative in fast-paced environments.
- Availability to work from an office or client premises 1-2 days per week.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
