Job Title: Risk Management Expert

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Expert to join our team.

About the Role:
  • This is a critical position within our Enterprise Internal Ratings Based (IRB) Programme, where you will play a key role in enhancing regulatory compliance, capital management, and business decision making.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IRB regulatory requirements by leveraging programme and Group compliance processes.
  2. You will provide support in the provision of regulatory guidance to IRB programme colleagues.
  3. You will develop knowledge of internal IRB control environment to provide guidance on internal controls required to mitigate IRB regulatory risks.
  4. You will attend various fora to provide regulatory input on proposals and ensure adequate evidence for decision points.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in interpreting prudential regulatory requirements and/or knowledge of our credit risk control environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and decision-making skills to collaborate with senior leaders in cross-functional areas.
  • Highly motivated, with proven ability to work independently within a challenging dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
