Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Development Professional to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage the entire payroll process for the company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • To reconcile all company ledgers, maintaining up-to-date records and identifying areas for improvement.
  • To post invoices and resolve key issues in a timely manner, minimizing disruptions to the business.
  • To prepare and send monthly sales reports to global directors, providing valuable insights into the company's performance.
  • To reconcile bank accounts daily, detecting any discrepancies or anomalies.
  • To assist with audits as required, demonstrating expertise and attention to detail.
  • To produce reports requested by senior management, showcasing financial data and trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong educational background in accounting or a related field, with certification in ACCA, ACA, or CPA.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience in payroll processing, with knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures.
