We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sales turnover, managing and motivating the performance of the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through effective stock management and merchandising.
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in retail management, preferably within the premium sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to interpret financial and sales data.
  • A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge.
