High-Performance HVAC Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Mechanical Technician to join our team. As an integral member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients by delivering high-quality maintenance solutions and ensuring the optimal performance of air and water systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Testing: Conduct thorough testing and balancing of air and water systems to ensure they operate within predetermined parameters.
  • Preventative and Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine PMs and CMs on air handling and HVAC systems, identifying potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Installation and Refurbishment Projects: Carry out HVAC installation projects, refurbish existing HVAC plant, and execute general HVAC maintenance projects with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise closely with engineering functions and clients to complete maintenance works, review energy-efficient plans, and foster strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of HVAC maintenance experience in an engineering role within a regulated environment.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Electrical qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Hands-On Experience: Previous hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and projects, including AHUs, filters, chilled water, LPHW, coils, fans, controls, dampers, actuators, extract systems, VAV, VRV, split systems, spot cooling, and general plumbing experience.

Excellent communication and self-motivation skills are essential for success in this position. A background in boiler operations and maintenance is also highly desirable.
