Project Leader Job Summary:

  • We seek a seasoned project leader to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with our company's standards.
  • As senior-level guidance provider, you will support project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project milestones across technical, commercial, and operational dimensions.
  • This role involves directly managing high-value and complex projects, taking full ownership of scheduling, budgeting, procurement, coordination, and client communication.
  • As the primary point of contact for key client accounts, you will maintain consistent communication, stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction.
  • You will build and maintain trusted relationships with corporate clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • Representing the company in senior-level project meetings, design workshops, and executive briefings requires strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of project managers ensures effective workload distribution, performance tracking, and professional development.
  • Collaborating with senior management and technical leads supports resourcing decisions and project team assignments.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the AV, broadcast, or technology integration sectors, including work on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently across various phases and geographic locations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets exceeding €1M.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and a proven track record of managing senior stakeholders in high-pressure environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Agile/Waterfall hybrid environments.
  • A sound understanding of technical AV/Broadcast systems and the construction/fit-out environment.
