Lead a Hospitality Team

This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals with strong Food & Beverage backgrounds to take the next step in their career.

  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • A hands-on approach to leadership, setting a professional example.
  • Collaboration with other department managers to meet guest expectations.
  • Maintenance of high standards in Food & Beverage service, guaranteeing quality and consistency.
  • Effective handling of guest queries and issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of duty management experience in a busy hospitality environment.
  • A background in Food & Beverage operations is crucial.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, along with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Flexibility regarding work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland.
