Job Description

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism to live independently, enjoy a better quality of life, and participate actively in their communities. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities and routines, engaging individuals in community activities, teaching new skills, and promoting independence.

You will be required to work shifts on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and waking night duty shifts. Our team values flexibility and adaptability, and we encourage you to share your ideas and contribute to the development of innovative programs.
