Seeking an experienced beauty professional to showcase their skills across luxury brands at Dublin Airport.

Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Make-up artist/sales advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in make-up artistry and sales, while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

As a successful candidate, you will be guided through the process of Garda vetting, which includes a background check spanning 5 years. This process typically takes approximately 7-8 weeks.

Requirements
  • A genuine passion for the beauty industry and luxury brands from skincare to makeup.
  • Previous experience in a luxury beauty setting.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide tailored, excellent customer service to new and existing customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Strong understanding of how to enhance facial aesthetics through makeup.
  • Confidence in delivering skin consultations, including foundation matching, color correcting, and demonstrating product usage and application techniques.
  • Product/trend awareness: staying up-to-date with makeup trends and product ranges through social media, brand trainings, customer feedback, etc.
  • Impeccable personal presentation.
About You

You will be a creative and adaptable individual with excellent attention to detail, able to deliver upon customer requests. You will also have strong merchandising and management skills, ensuring counters are fully stocked to brand standard, and assisting in promotional/new product launch merchandising.

Your role will involve building relationships through delivering excellent customer service, bringing energy and passion as a brand ambassador. You will also be responsible for sales and stock management reporting, hygiene and housekeeping, ensuring counters, makeup brushes, and accessories are always clean and maintaining stock levels in store.
