We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team and provide exceptional care services to individuals with disabilities.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and logistical skills. The ideal candidate will have a third-level graduate in Health & Social Care or a management qualification, and/or be working towards same.

The role involves managing behaviors that challenge, liaising with service users and their families (where applicable), and ensuring the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage challenging behaviors.
  • Liaise with service users, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Third-level graduate in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and logistical skills.
  • Ability to manage behaviors that challenge.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing staff.
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours and days.
