">- To develop and implement a digital fundraising strategy that supports acquisition and retention across core income areas, including Darkness into Light, No More Silence, Individual Giving, Corporate, and Community Fundraising.
- Innovate with new approaches to engage diverse audiences and maximize income potential.
- Partner with the Head of Campaigns, Corporate, IG, and Community teams to identify digital needs and create tailored strategies for growth.
Campaign Development & Execution
">- Design and deliver innovative digital fundraising campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, paid media, PPC, SEO) to attract new donors and retain existing supporters.
- Develop segmented donor journeys to nurture long-term relationships and increase lifetime value.
Analytics & Optimization
">- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, analysing ROI, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use insights to refine and optimize future campaigns, including A/B testing and funnel improvements.
Support Stewardship & Engagement
">- Build tailored digital content to strengthen donor relationships and ensure digital supporters feel valued.
- Work closely with Fundraising Managers and stakeholders to align on goals, create strategic plans, and deliver operational outcomes.
Budget Management
">- Oversee digital budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and align with fundraising goals.
