Independent Search Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Medical Device Specialist to cover the Dublin / Leinster Territory.

The ideal candidate will be based in Dublin or within commuting distance and have a minimum of 2 Years previous experience working in Surgery (Scrub Nurse) or Hospital based Physiotherapy where they have regular dealings with Ortho Surgeons.

The role involves providing customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of surgical devices, primarily in a theatre setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with existing and new surgeons to develop robust sales opportunity pipelines
  • Supporting customers with activities relating to the management of stock and equipment
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of customer activity on the company's CRM system

The successful candidate will have strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility in a clinical environment.

A full clean driving license is also required.
