About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for administrating and enhancing our NetSuite instance, including implementing new modules.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and communication skills to effectively manage and optimize our NetSuite instance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing integrations with other financial systems to maintain data consistency and accuracy
  • Managing data migration projects
  • Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to identify process improvements and streamline workflows within NetSuite
  • Leading the implementation of NetSuite Planning & Budgeting
  • Providing training to end users on proper utilization of NetSuite functionality and acting as a point of contact for troubleshooting and support
  • Developing and implementing SuiteScripts and custom reports to address business requirements and enhance system functionality
  • Staying updated with NetSuite updates and new features, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in NetSuite Administration
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Certification in NetSuite ERP (desired)
