Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of property strategies to meet business objectives.

  • Creation and management of property maintenance teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Negotiation of lease and tenancy agreements to ensure optimal outcomes for Praxis Care.
  • Coordination of property-related activities with other departments, including operational and finance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications in property management, surveying or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
