Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead the Portfolio & Fund Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the firm's assets, financing facilities, and funds.
Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analysis of assets to determine optimal outcomes, including lease extensions, restructurings, new leases, and sales.
- Liaise with various departments to obtain required information and maintain portfolio models through regular updates and appraisal analysis.
- Prepare approval memoranda for key portfolio and asset decisions, as well as fund-level modeling incorporating asset, liability, and cash flows.
- Coordinate with banks to provide cash flows and work on presentations for rating agencies and potential investors and lenders.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Possess at least 6 years of experience in an aircraft lessor or aviation-finance related position.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematical and analytical background, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. They should also be self-motivated, a team player, and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
