Expert Occupational Therapist for Complex Neurological Cases

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Neuro Oncology. As a key member of the team, you will deliver expert occupational therapy services to patients with complex neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize advanced clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills in completing occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
- Collaborate closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to focus on service improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the highest standards of practice are met in the occupational therapy service.
- Lead senior clinical decision-making processes in the service.
- Hold a qualification approved by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU.
- Have at least three years satisfactory post-qualification working experience as an occupational therapist in the adult acute hospital setting.
- Clinical experience working with Acute Medicine, Care of the Elderly (COE) caseloads is essential.
