Accommodation Assistant - Frontline Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional support services in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all allocated areas are maintained to the highest standards.


Key aspects of this position include:

  • To ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard at all times.
  • To guarantee that trolleys are kept neat and tidy at all times in public areas.
  • To ensure that all lost property is handed over to management and logged accordingly.
  • To identify and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • At least one year's experience in housekeeping and cleaning.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
