We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our fashion retail team. As a key player in driving sales growth, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fashion, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and meeting sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied.
  • Achieve sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Build rapport with customers, educating them on our products and driving loyalty through personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and health & safety procedures.
  • Manage cash effectively, adhering to all policies and procedures for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards.
  • Drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for fashion and retail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced sales-driven atmosphere.
