Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to create competitive advantage through supplier selection and management contract negotiation, supply chain optimization, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage international sourcing contract activities on a global scale, ensuring data exchange services to suppliers are flawlessly executed.
  • Monitor failure to supply events and resolve disputes, collaborating with the global sourcing team to closely manage critical items that require additional oversight via a manual buy process.
  • Document management, inventory analysis and management, and other responsibilities that support business operations.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of experience in related field preferred (e.g., procurement, sourcing, supply chain management).
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Hybrid role ideal candidate will need to be able to work a hybrid schedule - coming into the office 2 days a week and working the other days remote.
Expected Skills and Abilities
  • Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of tasks and projects.
  • Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals, recommending new practices, processes, metrics, or models.
  • Strong analytical problem solver with the ability to find root cause, possessing strong administration and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
