Dispensing Pharmacist Role

We are seeking a skilled Dispensing Pharmacist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis in Limerick. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive environment with a strong team of pharmacists, technicians, and OTC staff.

The pharmacy utilizes QicScript Plus as its dispensing system and offers a welcoming community-focused atmosphere in a lovely store. The role requires a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and is open to negotiation.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and efficient dispensing service to all customers in accordance with pharmacy guidelines. You will also ensure safe and effective delivery of medicines, engage actively with customers, and maintain appropriate stock levels in the pharmacy.

This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and experience in managing a dispensary and staff.

  • Provide a safe and efficient dispensing service to all customers in accordance with pharmacy guidelines.
  • Ensure safe and effective delivery of medicines to all customers.
  • Engage actively with customers to encourage customer loyalty and confidence.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels in the pharmacy ensuring the correct storage and monitoring of dated products.
  • Manage the dispensary and staff.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
  • At least 3 years post-registration experience
