Senior Asset Valuation AnalystWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Asset Valuation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our asset management group, you will be responsible for the valuation and surveillance of a wide range of bespoke illiquid-credit investments across various sectors.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of complex assets with high levels of sophistication and risk.
  • Develop and implement asset valuation models that accurately reflect market conditions and investor goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of asset management strategies.
  • Perform rigorous analysis of investment opportunities to identify potential value-add opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., finance, economics, accounting) from a top university.
  • Minimum 0-5 years of experience in asset valuation, credit analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, data analysis, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
