Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Clinical Operations Department, you will provide administrative support on assigned studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and study-specific procedures.

  • Provide administrative support on assigned studies, including preparation of trial master files, investigator site files, and pharmacy files.
  • Coordinate the preparation, collection, tracking, and filing of essential documents, including centralized documents and site-specific study documents.
  • Collate and send clinical trial documents to hospital sites and Sponsor, order and track clinical trial supplies and investigational product.

You will work closely with the Clinical Study Team, Data Management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of trials. Your strong organizational skills and ability to multitask will make you an excellent fit for this role.

Key Qualifications:
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Proven organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of clinical trial process an advantage.
  • Science or nursing qualification.
