• Drive Sales Growth: Consistently deliver total sales, units per transaction, and total products sold to meet or exceed retail targets.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver personalized assistance, answer questions, and offer tailored solutions to meet individual customer needs.
• Upsell and Cross-Sell: Promote accessories and apparel to enhance the overall shopping experience and increase average transactions.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with the back of house crew and management to ensure seamless operations and provide a cohesive customer experience.
