- Assist with Contract Negotiation & Management: Support the negotiation process by preparing documentation, analyzing pricing proposals, and reviewing contract terms.

- Benchmark rates and service quality across vendors to identify potential improvements or opportunities.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand technical requirements and vendor capabilities.
- Partner with finance to collect data for financial modeling and budgeting.
- Work with operations to assist in onboarding, provisioning, and managing wireless services.
Performance Monitoring & Relationship Management:
- Track vendor performance using pre-defined KPIs, reporting on cost-effectiveness, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate issues with vendors to senior team members and assist in corrective action planning.
- Periodically review vendor performance data to support portfolio optimization efforts.

- Industry Knowledge: 1–3 years of experience in telecommunications, carrier relations, or wireless connectivity.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with financial models, interpret pricing structures, and analyze data.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with mobile network technologies (eSIM, LTE, 5G) is a plus but not required.
