Job Overview

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by serving food and/or beverages to their satisfaction.

  • Ensuring a clean and organized service area and equipment, adhering to high standards.
  • Preparing service areas and points according to requirements.
  • Storing food items and equipment correctly after service.
  • Maintaining personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform meet regulatory standards at all times.
  • Promoting a positive image that fosters good customer relations.
  • Supporting the implementation of health and safety policies and promoting equal opportunities.
  • Performing cleaning duties as per designated schedules.
  • Ensuring crockery and cooking utensils are stored on clean shelves and in clean cupboards/drawers.
  • Maintaining storage areas to a high level of cleanliness.
