About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our analytical methods and processes.

As a Quality Assurance Lead Scientist, your typical day might include:

  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures
  • Conducting method validations and verifications
  • Evaluating and implementing new technologies and methodologies

You will also have the opportunity to provide training and guidance to colleagues, and participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Requirements
  • PhD in Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field with 2+ years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
  • MSc with 7+ years of proven experience; or BSc with relevant technical background
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
