Key Responsibilities

The Agri Manager will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the agri division at Dairygold Co-Operative Society Ltd.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales generation, customer relations, and people management, with a proven track record in the agri industry. They will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a keen understanding of our business and its operations.

In addition to the main responsibilities, the Agri Manager will also be expected to:

  • Support the Development of Employees:
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to address these gaps.
  • Enhance Customer Experience:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics.
