Join TN Ireland as a Senior A&E Construction Quality Monitor in our Dublin office.
About the Role:The Senior A&E Construction Quality Monitor will work closely with an Associate or Project Director to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects.
This includes leading and managing a team on technically complex projects, developing collaborative relationships with clients and other team members.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical awareness for construction, possess senior project manager attributes, and be able to engage Tier 1 and Tier 2 Main Contractors.
They will also be responsible for plotting inspection plans that match project programs, understanding site processes, and ensuring AECOM policies for managing AECOM projects are upheld.
Key Requirements:- Awareness of the Building Control Act (2014), and the preparation of inspection plans on projects eligible for BCAR process.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good experience of contributing to project delivery.
The successful candidate will have conversed in the BCAR process on major projects, be aware of the terminology and roles and responsibilities attached to the Assigned Certifier (AC) role, and have supported the AC on previous projects.
