Oracle Delivery Director

A high-profile opportunity to lead the delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions and drive business growth.

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in overseeing large-scale projects and programmes. As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Experience managing multi-million-pound portfolios or programmes.
  • A strong commercial acumen and ability to drive financial performance.
  • The ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
  • An in-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud technology and its applications.

Responsibilities will include:

Delivering Business Growth

Drive the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud programmes, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting business objectives.

Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth, leveraging your expertise in Oracle Cloud technology and market trends.

Leading High-Performing Teams

Lead and motivate a diverse team of Oracle specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Identify and develop talent within the team, providing opportunities for growth and development.Collaborating with Stakeholders

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and programme sponsors.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and minimising risks.

Driving Financial Performance

Manage budgets and financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue growth.

Develop and implement effective financial planning and forecasting processes.

Key Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Oracle Cloud technology, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
