Job Title

The Account Coordinator role involves providing administrative support to the department and fostering relationships with airline, cruise line, and hotel partners. This position is a stepping stone to the Account Manager role and operates remotely in Ireland.

Bilingualism in French and/or Spanish is highly valued, as is experience working closely with airlines and/or hotels. The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products like Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Support Account Managers in their coordination with the Business Development team to ensure a smooth client transition from contract signing to implementation.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their business needs and provide support to achieve deliverables.
  • Prepare client communications, including weekly performance meetings and business reviews.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and update databases with relevant information.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, at least one year of travel industry experience, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work are essential for this role.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
