We are seeking experienced bartenders with a passion for mixology to join our dynamic team in our newly renovated Library Bar.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Create and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Greet and engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including proper stocking and inventory.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and seasonal ingredients.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to create special drink menus and promotions.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Train and mentor junior bartenders as needed.
