Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Child and Family Worker Lead to join our team in Ballybrittas. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of social care workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our young residents.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of vulnerable young people. You will work closely with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and best practice within the residential care service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related field;
- A full, clean manual driving licence valid in Ireland;
- Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres;
- Eligibility to work in Ireland;
- Experience working in services that utilise TCI; and
- Minimum 2 years' experience working at Social Care grade with young persons (for the Leader position only).
